So you have found your dream home, put in your offer and the sellers accepted it!  SUCCESS!!!!!!  Now you have to get the ball rolling, and fast!  One of the first things you need to do is find a reputable home inspector!  Your real estate agent should have a couple that they know and trust for you to call and talk to!  You need to be comfortable with who you choose as you will be spending anywhere from 2-4 hours combing through your soon to be home, so you need to make sure that your inspector will take the time to explain what they have found to you!
