Spring is fast approaching and with it brings a myriad of events in our area worth checking out.

First Friday this month showcases Waterways, which is on loan from the Smithsonian.  The exhibit encourages water as a valuable resource for our community.  Waterways is held at the Fredericksburg Area Museum and runs through March 11th, with the official opening March 2nd.

If you are in the mood for music, the Grand Symphony and Tea event features the Colonial Forge High School Orchestra, Guitar Ensemble and Chamber Ensembles.   High tea will be served making for a delightful afternoon March 10th.

For homeowners, the Fredericksburg Spring Home Show takes place March 16th at the Expo Center.  This is a great way to find ideas for your home and garden.  There is a range of seminars with special guest appearances.
