Leftover Thanksgiving Turkey Pizza

Turkey and Cranberry BBQ Pizza

Use up that leftover Thanksgiving turkey and cranberry sauce in this amazing BBQ pizza!



  • 1 pound pizza dough

  • 3/4 cup cranberry sauce

  • 2 T. BBQ sauce

  • 1 cup turkey, diced or shredded

  • 1 1/2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded (mozzarella, fontina, or smoked gouda may also be used)

  • 3 T. red onion, thinly sliced

  • 2 T. cilantro, chopped


  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees and spray a baking sheet or pizza stone with cooking spray.

  2. Roll out the pizza dough on the pizza stone or baking sheet and set aside.

  3. In a small bowl stir together the cranberry sauce and BBQ sauce.

  4. Spread half of the sauce onto the pizza and add the diced turkey to the other half, stirring until the turkey is completely coated.

  5. Top the pizza with the cheese, turkey, and sliced red onion.

  6. Bake the pizza for 10-12 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.

  7. Remove the pizza from the oven and top with the chopped cilantro.
